The St. Charles District Library board of directors meets on the first Sunday of each month (except for July, August and September) at 4:00 pm in the board room, 132 S. Saginaw Street, St. Charles, MI . The board may also schedule special meetings at other times when needed, and will post notice according to the Open Meetings Act.
Meeting agendas are posted to this site at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting, and minutes are posted after approved.
